CALA is growing and looking for talented landscape designers to join our team! We are a young, dynamic creative studio located in downtown Delray Beach.


Job Description

  • Design in a collaborative open creative environment. 
  • Coordinate with our team on a variety of residential, multi-family and mixed-use projects. 
  • Directly manage small to medium sized projects. 
  • Create and assemble presentation design packages.
  • Prepare documentation sets for all phases of the design process, from permitting and construction.
  • Assist with On-site construction administration and nursery visits.  


Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • 1-5 Years of experience in the field.  
  • A minimum of 1 year of post graduation professional office experience in a landscape architecture
  • Eligible Work Status in the US (No sponsorships available at this time)
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign & Photoshop.
  • Familiar with South Florida plants, materials, habitats and code requirements. 
  • Strong work ethic, self motivated and a problem solver.
  • Collaborative, curious, focused & communicative.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team, clients and consultants.
