Description

As a Landscaping Crew Member, you'll be part of a dedicated crew working on commercial landscaping projects. You'll help keep properties looking clean, safe, and vibrant by doing tasks like mowing, trimming, planting, and more. Every day is an opportunity to make a difference and grow your skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all company safety rules and procedures
  • Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and correctly
  • Operate zero-turn mowers and other equipment as needed
  • Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and weeding
  • Clean and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas
  • Keep job sites clean and neat after work is done
  • Install plants, mulch, and other landscaping materials
  • Check equipment before use and report any issues
  • Support loading, unloading, and delivery of materials
  • Follow instructions from crew leader and account manager
  • Attend safety and training meetings when required
  • Accurately clock in and out at each job site
  • Communicate clearly with team leads about job needs or problems


What We're Looking For:

  • English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of landscaping experience (commercial or residential)
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
