Job description

We are actively recruiting experienced, hard-working, and dedicated Landscape Construction Site Managers to join our incredible team. This is a rare opportunity, as our site managers are treated and compensated very well. We create stunning backyard resorts throughout the Pacific Northwest, and we pride ourselves in the beautiful designs that our site managers bring to life.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for superstar candidates who already have 3-5 years of experience as a site manager in a landscape construction company and that demonstrate reliability, integrity, and commitment! This position starts at $80k per year, but with incentives, has the ability to make $120k+. Training: There is an 8 to 12-week training period with a site manager at an assessed pay rate. It is non-negotiable to go through this process to learn our techniques and standards.

Qualified candidates must be honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and ethical. They must also have:

  • Ability to work with the Project Manager to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Crew scheduling and supervision experience.
  • Organization of job tasks and materials.
  • Irrigation system knowledge.
  • Plant knowledge and identification.
  • Drainage systems knowledge.
  • Rock placement / Boulder wall installation experience.
  • Paver, wall, and other hardscape knowledge.
  • Skid steer and Mini excavator knowledge and Experience.
  • Ability to perform a physically demanding job.
  • Great Customer relations/communications.
