Your Responsibilities as a Landscape Specialist
Front-Line Team Member
  • You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You'll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.
  • The team looks to you to perform landscape installation and maintenance tasks at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may include planting, mulching, trimming, edging, cleanups, and other lawn care duties when not focused on landscaping work.
  • You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing very physical work and lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds regularly.
  • You ensure equipment is maintained, job sites are left spotless, and everything is wrapped up and ready to go for the next day.

  • Attendance: Might sound basic, but it's critical to meeting our Customer Service goals. You need to be here as required by your Supervisory team.
  • Budget vs. Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable depends on managing the time planned and spent at each job.

Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries preferred.
  • If you don't already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required.
