Job description

Join a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality landscaping services. As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and guiding a crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, work outdoors, and contribute to the beautification of client properties. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in landscaping and a passion for mentoring others.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of landscape workers on a variety of projects, including planting, pruning, mulching, and irrigation tasks.
  • Plan and manage daily work schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and teamwork.
  • Inspect work sites to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues as they arise.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Communicate with Account Management to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for all crew members.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents or accidents.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
  • Experience as a landscape crew leader or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
