The Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM / Landscape Technician) assists with keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).
Specific duties include:
  • Assisting with maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion
  • Performing general environmental maintenance activities
  • Operating landscaping equipment including weed eaters, blowers, mowers, shovels, chainsaws, etc.
  • Disposing of sediment, trash and debris from stormwater systems
  • Maintaining and improving storm drainage systems and ponds
  • Identifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repair
  • Operating and maintaining company equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailer
  • Assisting with maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expenses
  • Assisting with hotel arrangements for the team when overnight travel is required
  • Attending brief but regular safety trainings
  • Performing physical labor in a variety of weather conditions
  • Regional travel 4-5 days per week (all travel expenses are covered by the company)

"Compensation for this position is determined by verified, directly related industry experience. Candidates who have three (3) or more consecutive years of employment with a company performing work substantially similar to the responsibilities outlined in this job description may qualify for an enhanced starting wage.
Candidates with less than 3 years of directly related experience: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Candidates with 3+ years of directly related experience: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
To be considered for the higher compensation range, candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in a comparable role. The Company conducts employment verification checks as part of the hiring process to confirm previous job titles, dates of employment, and relevant work experience. Experience that cannot be verified may not be considered when determining compensation eligibility.
Final compensation offers are based on verified experience, qualifications, employment history, and business needs.
