Salary: $24.00 - 28.50

Pleasant View Gardens is looking for Crew Leads to be a part of developing and maintaining beautiful gardens & landscapes. Voted as the 2024 Lake Minnetonka Best Design/Landscaping Service, we are looking for candidates who share PVG's values of high integrity, a high quality of work, and excellent customer service.


If you love to work outside and have a knowledge or interest in plant materials, including houseplants, annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees, we would love to speak to you! Our staff work 4-day weeks giving you a3-day weekend!

Important functions of this position

  • Planting and maintaining perennials, shrubs, annuals
  • Creating unique seasonal container displays
  • Trimming and sculpting of trees and shrubs
  • Watering, fertilizing, deadheading, and general tidying of gardens
  • Garden renovation
  • Basic knowledge of plant pests


Team Leading

  • Works effectively as a Crew Leader to manage 3-4 crew members
  • Creates a positive and inviting work environment for their team members
  • Able and willing to teach and mentor all staff in appropriate methods of work
  • Works directly with the Operations Manager and assistant
  • Communicates effectively with other Crew Leaders and co-workers
  • Provides excellent service that is accurate, complete, and timely to clients
  • Actively contributes to job quality, safety, and customer service goals
  • Able to set a pace and workflow for their team by setting an example


Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - 28.50/hr pay based on experience
