Job description

Job Summary:
As landscape installation staff you'll be part of a hands-on team responsible for bringing landscape designs to life. You'll assist in installing plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, lighting, and other landscape features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating outdoor living spaces, has a strong work ethic, and wants to grow within the landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the installation of landscapes including sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, and planting beds
  • Construct hardscapes such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living features
  • Operate and maintain landscape tools and machinery (skid steers, trenchers, etc.)
  • Load and unload materials and equipment daily
  • Follow site plans and instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite
  • Work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license, required.
  • Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Positive, team mindset, and strong work ethic
