This position focuses on maintaining commercial properties to the highest standards through mowing, landscape maintenance, and other seasonal services.

Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.

  • Perform weekly mowing and property maintenance on commercial accounts.

  • Trim around buildings, trees, sidewalks, and landscape beds.

  • Maintain a clean appearance of all assigned properties.

  • Assist with shrub trimming, pruning, mulching, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanup.

  • Help with landscape installation and irrigation projects as needed.

  • Safely load, unload, and care for company equipment and vehicles.

  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.

  • Work efficiently as part of a team while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial landscape maintenance experience is required.
