We’re currently partnering with a well-established, multidisciplinary design firm to identify a senior-level Landscape Architect to take on a leadership role within their Chicago studio. This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to shape projects, mentor teams, and contribute to the continued growth of a respected practice.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing design leadership, client engagement, and team development, while remaining connected to meaningful, community-focused work.


The Role

  • Lead and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept through delivery
  • Provide design direction and quality control across a range of project types
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals and pursuits
