Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator [PRN] whose primary responsibility is to provide quality programs to our memory care Residents in that celebrate life, promote socialization, and provide Resident fulfillment. Assist in planning monthly calendars and events; banquet event orders related to events; delivery of activity programs as planned including group and individual activities for our Residents. Work in cohesion with other staff members, departments, volunteers, and families to provide the highest quality of care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning monthly activity calendar, which provides purposeful activities, suited to the residentโ€™s needs and interests.
  • Responsible for planning, preparing, and implementation of activities of unit assigned.
  • Collaborate with residents on one on one program, provide visits, and document interaction as required.
  • Provides hostess service at noon meal in the main dining room when assigned.
  • Encourages Residents to participate in all manner of activities, transport residents to and from events.
  • Operate Fleet Landing vehicles if authorized for trips and outings and accompany resident on facility outings.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or College degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year in social, recreational, or dependent care environment. Experience working with dementia and Alzheimer patients a plus, working with groups of seniors, and driving seniors experience necessary.
