Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Responsibilities
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Schedule and conduct job evaluations
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Preserve staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Requirements
●        Bachelor’s degree
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â COVID-19 Vaccination
Preferred
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Human resources, organizational development, or business major/concentration
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Previous experience in human resources
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 5+ years of leadership/administration
