Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a Human Resources Coordinator at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.


Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Responsibilities

●        Prepare employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

●        Schedule and conduct job evaluations

●        Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys

●        Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results

●        Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits

●        Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures

●        Preserve staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

●        Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements


Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Requirements

●        Bachelor’s degree

●        COVID-19 Vaccination


Preferred

●        Human resources, organizational development, or business major/concentration

●        Previous experience in human resources

●        5+ years of leadership/administration
