We would like to add a concierge to our team to fill a permanent full-time day and evening position in one of our residences in the Montreal area. JOB DESCRIPTION : The Jazz Longueuil residence welcomes independent clients or those with a loss of autonomy. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. The concierge is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and manual work in the common areas and apartments. Evening shift, Friday to Sunday - 5:00 p.m. to midnight. GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the maintenance of spaces and systems of the property Sweep and clean the floors of the halls, common areas and workstations of the building Change light bulbs in common areas Collaborate or perform any other related tasks in the maintenance service, as needed and at the request of the immediate supervisor Make service calls Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas Maintain the land Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots Preventive maintenance on equipment Provide assistance to residents for any defect that is the responsibility of the residence Taking out the trash EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs Good communication DEP in general building maintenance (an asset) BENEFITS : Meals in the dining room at $ 5 Uniform provided Sick leave and family obligations Mobile holidays Social leave Vacation Evening premium applicable Stable schedule Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts A welcoming and tightly knit team!
