Maintain accurate records of land acquisition pipelines, payments, and contract compliance.
Collaborate with legal teams and notaries to ensure proper execution and filing of agreements.
Prepare landowner packets, informational materials, and project communications for outreach.
Provide administrative assistance to land and development managers, including scheduling, reporting, and database upkeep.
Assist with GIS mapping data and property tracking in collaboration with analysts and development teams.
Support resolution of landowner inquiries or issues by directing them to the appropriate internal contacts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of land management processes, templates, and workflows.
Education & Certifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Geography, Environmental Studies, or related field preferred.
Experience with real estate, title, or land management strongly desired.

Experience & Technical Skills
1-3 years of experience in land specialization, real estate administration, title, or project support roles.

Experience with GIS mapping software (ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth) helpful.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with landowners and internal teams.
