With a strong focus on precision and innovation, the Marietta office delivers seamless, comprehensive services to clients throughout the state.

Our Residential Land Development team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful land development projects in the growing Georgia market. This role is responsible for overall project execution-ensuring alignment with client expectations, contract requirements, budgets, and schedules-while also mentoring team members and contributing to the continued expansion of our Marietta office.

This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a high-growth region, working on meaningful projects that shape communities across the Southeast.

What qualifications are needed and key to this role?

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil engineering

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.)designation in the state of Georgia

  • 10 years' experience managing substantial projects from conception to completion including estimating costs of technical tasks in land development. Experience in Greater Atlanta market highly preferred

  • Extensiveknowledge of design and construction practices which, by passing on that knowledge to others, will aid in your success

  • Proven experience and willingness to identify new opportunities with existing clients as well as having the confidence and ability to develop new client partnerships

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees in an organization

  • Proven ability to developand maintainprofessional relationships withclients, public agency officials and community leaders
