We have partnered with a large Civil Engineering companyย in the Phoenix, AZ area to provide them with a Construction Project Manager.ย ย  Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Project Manager:

#1.ย  Must have AZ state PE license or obtain it within 3 months

#2.ย  Must have at least 8 years of PM experience.

#3.ย  Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D.

#4.ย  No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Responsibilities of theย Civil Land Development Project Manager:

  • Experience in site development and/or residential projects
  • Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract language
  • Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationย 
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationshipsย 
  • Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoringย 
  • Maintain quality control throughout project duration
  • Strong technical and civil engineering knowledge required
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
