Responsibilities
  • Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products.
  • Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team.
  • Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team.
  • Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals.
  • Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required.
  • Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects.
  • Reviews monthly productivity and man-hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed.
  • Assigns projects to staff and schedules work.
  • Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy.
  • Oversees assigned staff development and advancement.
