  • Research zoning, land-development codes, property information, and municipal requirements
  • Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, municipal staff, clients, and other project stakeholders
  • Help prepare and track applications through municipal review and approval
  • Review surveys, site plans, development documents, and related project information
  • Respond to agency comments and assist with project resubmittals
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and permitting records
  • Support multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment

  • Interest in developing deeper expertise in South Florida land-development processes
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Background

  • Experience with a private civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, planning, real estate development, or land-development consulting firm
  • Familiarity with South Florida municipalities and development requirements
  • GIS, AutoCAD, permitting platforms, or related technical software experience is a plus
