Entellus, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Phoenix, Arizona.


In this role, you will be responsible for business development and managing a variety of project types including residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites. The successful candidate is accountable for project performance, ensuring quality control on deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships through quality deliverables and professional service. In this role you will be responsible for business development to bring in new work. This role also provides direction and guidance to junior engineers and technicians assigned to the project managerโ€™s team. This individual will report to the Land Development Discipline Leader.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
  • Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing.
  • Manage and mentor the project team.
  • Manage a variety of land development projects through the entire lifecycle of the project.
  • Participate in the firmโ€™s seller-doer culture by developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
  • Provide and teach engineering best practices to the project team.
  • Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business.


Skills/Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing land development projects
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona.
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office 365, including familiarity with Teams.
  • Must be able to interact and effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with the team and clients.
  • Strong land development, grading, and drainage technical skills and understanding.
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings and on-site inspections.
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, team player, and self-starter.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution, client management, and securing new work.
  • Must be able to work independently/remotely while still meeting schedule and budget.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
