What are the duties and responsibilities?
  • Instruction & Curriculum
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Integrate technology and instructional resources to enhance student learning.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, assessments, and classroom participation.
  • Provide timely feedback to students to support academic growth.

Classroom Management & Student Support
  • Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior and classroom routines.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
  • Address student challenges through positive interventions and supports.

What are the required qualifications?
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid state teaching certification/license in relevant subject or grade level.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.
  • Willingness to go through and pass the required clearances and training to ensure the safety and security of our children, including: mandated reporter training, a physical, and TB test. This can typically be accomplished within a
