Lamp, Rynearson, a civil engineering, survey, planning, and consulting firm with a solid reputation, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Survey Project Manager in its Kansas City, MO office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to...
• Managing a wide variety of survey projects including ALTA, boundary, construction staking, elevation certificates, plat and topographic surveys from beginning to end
• Survey project coordination including:
• Client Communication
• Fee estimates and proposals
• Project scheduling & execution
• Budgets
• Review and certifications
• Assist with marketing efforts
• Train and mentor survey team members
Qualifications include...
• Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Missouri or ability to obtain within one yea
• Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Kansas or ability to obtain within one year
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Civil3D, and Trimble Business Center or equivalent
• Knowledge of modern surveying equipment including GPS and robotic total stations
• Knowledge of bathymetric, UAV, and 3D scanning equipment is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to work well with, coach and direct others with different personalities and professional styles
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Strong analytical and communication skills
