Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer or Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java-based backend development, microservices architecture, and financial domain exposure (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, Kafka
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Work with distributed systems and ensure scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps, Product)
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
  • Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
Required Skills:
  • 9+ years of experience in Java backend/Fullstack development
