Service Manager — Lamborghini Minneapolis

Location: Minneapolis, MN Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 base salary + 5% of department gross profit | On-target earnings: $150,000–$200,000 Relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates

About the Role

Lamborghini Minneapolis is seeking an operationally driven Service Manager to lead fixed operations across internal and external service work, recon, warranty administration, technician workflow, transportation logistics, and vendor management. This role owns the department's KPIs and is accountable for service profitability, inventory readiness, and an exceptional client experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all internal and external service work and scheduling
  • Track and hit parts and service KPI targets
  • Oversee recon workflow prioritized by sold inventory, aging, and operational needs
  • Manage warranty claim coordination and processing
  • Coordinate Lamborghini Roadside support and client vehicle transportation
  • Expand service and transport reach across the Midwest (IA, ND, SD, WI, IL)
  • Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors to performance standards
  • Lead technicians and Shop Foreman; plan for team growth and department scalability

Required Qualifications

  • Luxury or exotic automotive service management experience (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, or equivalent)
  • Strong fixed operations background with proven KPI ownership
  • Ability to manage technician workflow, vendor relationships, and parts/service profitability
  • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Must successfully complete a background check and MVR review
  • Preferred
  • Warranty claims and/or transport logistics experience

Reporting Structure

Reports to the General Manager. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Office, and external vendors. Future service support roles will report through Parts and Service leadership.
