Job description

We're looking for an experienced heavy line technician who can work independently on European platforms. You'll see everything from timing services and engine reseals to major drivetrain work on vehicles most techs only see at shows.

What you'll do:

  • Perform diagnostics, heavy line repairs, and major services on European and exotic vehicles
  • Work with factory-level scan tools and documentation
  • Produce clean, thorough repair documentation
  • Maintain the quality standard our clients expect on six- and seven-figure vehicles

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience on European makes (VW/Audi, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, or similar)
  • Strong diagnostic ability — you chase root cause, not codes
  • Comfortable with engine, transmission, and drivetrain R&R
  • Own tools and a clean, organized work style
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Bonus points for:

  • Factory or master technician certifications (VW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW)
  • Exotic or supercar experience (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren)
  • Motorsport or race prep background

What We Offer

  • $70,000 – $110,000+ per year depending on experience and certifications, plus performance bonuses
  • Performance bonus structure
  • Consistent, high-quality work — no oil change grind
  • Modern, climate-controlled facility with premium equipment
  • Small team, direct access to ownership, real growth path
