Job description

Senior Service Advisor — Lamborghini Minneapolis On-target earnings: $100,000+

About the Role

Lamborghini Minneapolis is looking for a Senior Service Advisor who sets the standard for client experience in the service drive. You'll own the relationship from check-in to delivery, acting as the bridge between our clients and our technical team — ensuring every interaction reflects the precision and care the Lamborghini name demands.

This is a performance-driven role for someone who combines genuine client care with strong service sales ability and the organizational discipline to manage a high-end, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full-service journey: check-in, repair order development, technician coordination, delivery, and follow-up
  • Conduct detailed vehicle walk-arounds and document condition, mileage, VIN, and client concerns accurately
  • Write clear, comprehensive repair orders and communicate timelines, costs, and recommendations with confidence
  • Use TruVideo and digital inspection tools to walk clients through vehicle condition and recommended services
  • Identify and sell additional maintenance, repair, and service opportunities
  • Coordinate vehicle staging, transportation, and final delivery logistics
  • Follow up proactively to drive client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Partner with technicians, service administration, and dealership leadership to maintain an efficient workflow

Required Qualifications

  • Prior automotive service advisor experience
  • Strong understanding of repair and maintenance processes, timelines, and costs
  • Proven ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical clients
  • Demonstrated service sales performance
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline under volume
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and technology
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Background check and MVR review required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Luxury or exotic brand experience (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, or similar)
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients or in a luxury retail environment
  • Familiarity with Tekion, Reynolds & Reynolds, or comparable DMS platforms
  • Experience with digital inspection, video, and electronic estimating tools

What We Provide

  • Full access to dealership systems, digital inspection and estimating technology, service management tools, and manufacturer resources needed to support clients at the highest level.

What We Expect

  • Consistent service sales and hours-sold performance
  • CSI scores at or above applicable benchmarks
  • Accurate repair orders, estimates, and client documentation
  • Proactive communication that protects client expectations and minimizes delays
  • A luxury-level experience, every visit, every client
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
  • Maintain strong service sales and hours-sold performance.
  • Maintain client satisfaction at or above applicable CSI expectations.
  • Build repeat service business through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate repair orders, estimates, documentation, and client communications.
  • Minimize missed expectations, communication gaps, and service delays.
  • Maintain efficient service workflow from vehicle check-in through final delivery.
  • Consistently deliver a luxury-level client experience.
