The facility features a fast-paced ambulatory division with over 40 CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians, providing comprehensive surgical services across multiple specialties.

Job Details:
โ€ข Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
โ€ข Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care including intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics
โ€ข Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties including total joints, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery
โ€ข Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes including pediatrics and geriatrics
โ€ข Provide airway management services and monitor patients intraoperatively
โ€ข Manage anesthesia-related complications and deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management
โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC EMR system
โ€ข Travel to other ambulatory sites as operational needs arise
โ€ข Collaborate with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams
โ€ข No call required and no weekends
โ€ข Must have CRNA Certification (NBCRNA), active Michigan RN License, BLS, and ACLS certifications
โ€ข Minimum 1 year CRNA experience required (not including RN or training)
โ€ข Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Anesthesia required
โ€ข Must have clean malpractice and license history
โ€ข Not open to candidates seeking long commutes or alternate schedules
