AdventHealth Medical Group, Women’s Services, is seeking dynamic and energetic OBGYNs to serve the needs of Central Florida. Join our team in the beautiful community of Lake Nona within the Orlando, FL market. Be a part of our supportive network of world-class OB/GYNs, midwives, prenatal care experts, perinatologists, neonatologists, and fellowship trained surgeons including UroGyn, MIGS, Gyn/Onc, and MFM. A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. The new physician should have the desire to join a new practice that will ramp up very quickly and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth. The new clinic is now open! Deliveries and surgeries will be at AdventHealth Celebration until the brand new, AdventHealth Lake Nona hospital opens in 2026.

AH Lake Nona is located on a 60-acre health and wellness campus with many services opening Nov. 30th 2026. This location will offer medical innovations on a campus designed around whole person health with comprehensive services, destination lifestyle programs, and much more that will shape the next generation of health care.

While we are starting with 55 licensed beds at opening, the number of licensed beds at full build will be 335. We will start with 5 ORs, 2 Endoscopy suites, and 2 Cath Labs.

Location Description

A state-of-the-art hospital that will offer leading-edge treatments to patients from Central Florida and around the globe is coming to Lake Nona. AdventHealth has begun work on a 10-story hospital located at 10999 Narcoossee Road. The hospital is planned to open in 2026 with 80 beds, with room to expand to 320.

Services at the new hospital will include men’s health, bariatrics, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics and more. The hospital will also feature an incisionless surgical suite, with a focus on focused-energy treatments. These leading-edge techniques include using ultrasound to destroy tumors and to stop tremors in patients with Parkinson’s disease. “We envision this as a health and wellbeing destination, integrated into the Lake Nona community with something to offer to everyone,” said Doug Harcombe, CEO of the hospital. With a lake promenade, event lawn, amphitheater and tie-in to the Lake Nona Trail, the 25-acre campus will align with Lake Nona’s focus on fostering wellness and community. The hospital will feature a warm and inviting design, with artistic touches in keeping with Lake Nona’s character. In addition to the hospital, there will be a medical office building and multiple buildings housing retail and dining options, making the campus an attraction even for residents who don’t need medical care.
