Job description

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center's Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism is looking for a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible endocrinologist to join our team in Burlington and Peabody, MA.

About the Role

We provide comprehensive care for a wide range of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including:

  • Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and diabetes in pregnancy
  • Adrenal and pituitary diseases
  • Thyroid evaluations including diagnostic thyroid ultrasound and biopsy
  • Osteoporosis, parathyroid, and metabolic bone disorders
  • Male and female sexual and reproductive health
  • Transgender hormone management

Our Team & Education

You will join a team of 11 physicians, 8 APP's, 2 RN Diabetes Educators, 2 staff nurses, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, medical assistants, and a dedicated support staff, including prior authorization specialists. We also have an ACGME-certified endocrinology fellowship program and an Advanced Practice Provider fellowship program. We are faculty for UMass Chan-Lahey Medical School and encourage applications from those interested in teaching and academic inquiry.

Pay Range:

$240,000.00 USD - $300,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.

Compensation Information:
