Job description

US Citizenship is required for this position - 
All qualified candidates will be responded to in 24 hrs or less.
Employment type: Full Time, or C2C or 1099. 
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in an engineering design and development environment. Preferred direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks.
Experience leading technical teams and projects 
Experience with National Instruments’ TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW Digital, and/or Analog, and/or RF, and/or power supply test hardware design experience
Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment, i.e. Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power supplies, etc.
Prefered Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software
Lead development of test hardware, software, and/or firmware through its development cycle, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital) and domains (hardware, software, firmware)
Work with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations teams early in the development cycle to identify capability and capacity needs for manufacturing test and ensure smooth deployment to manufacturing facilities
Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations through the development lifecycle
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
