Job Descriptio

nWe are seeking a LabVIEW Test Engineer to join our engineering team in Elkhart, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, validating embedded software and vehicle systems, and ensuring the reliability and performance of next-generation automotive and recreational vehicle (RV) products

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sDevelop, execute, and maintain test plans and test procedures to validate embedded software against system requirements and specifications
  • .Design and implement automated test solutions using LabVIEW
  • .Perform functional, performance, regression, and system-level testing of embedded products
  • .Execute test campaigns, analyze results, and ensure testing is completed within project timelines
  • .Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools
  • .Validate vehicle communication networks and diagnose issues using CAN, UDS, J1939, and RV-C protocols
  • .Support testing of electric and high-voltage vehicle platforms
  • .Analyze test data, troubleshoot system issues, and perform root cause analysis
  • .Collaborate with software, hardware, systems, and validation teams to resolve defects and improve product quality
  • .Prepare detailed test reports and provide recommendations for product improvements

.Required Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline
