Job description

Option Excavating is looking for experienced Labourers to join our growing team. As we ramp up for a busy construction season, we have immediate full-time openings for motivated individuals who are committed to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation of water mains, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems.
  • Prepare and clean work areas and trenches.
  • Assist pipelayers and equipment operators during underground utility installation.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform general labour duties as required.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in underground water and sewer construction is preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
