Were looking for a Labourer to support our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on physically demanding and meaningful work. The Labourer is responsible for supporting operators and supervisors to work safely and efficiently by cleaning the site, moving materials, and performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment. Labourers may be responsible for the safe operation of equipment. Worksites are located throughout Western, Canada with a specific focus on Pipeline Integrity Digs, Demolition and Remediation and Reclamation projects.


What Youll Do

  • Cleaning and maintaining shop, tools, and equipment
  • Assisting with material handling and the use of hand tools
  • Supporting team members with physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting
  • Follow all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately
  • Performing physically intensive labour including kneeling, climbing, lifting (50 lbs+), and standing for extended periods
  • Performing other general manual labour duties as assigned by a supervisor
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Capable of operating small equipment such as skid steer, packer and loader

Who You Are

  • Must have Industrial labourer experience
  • Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable using various tools and machinery
  • Must have exceptional verbal communication skills, able to give and receive verbal information and direction in a fast-paced environment


What You Need

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 55 lbs, confined spaces, heights, extended standing).
  • Valid Class 5 drivers license
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn new things
