About the Role
We're looking for a Laborer that will be responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites, supporting skilled trades, and assisting with the erection of structures and buildings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a team environment.
Core Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation and Cleanup
    • Clean and prepare construction sites for daily activities.
    • Unload and load materials, supplies, and mixed concrete.
    • Maintain a safe and organized work area throughout the project.
  • Trade Support
    • Assist Carpenters, Operators, and other skilled workers as directed.
    • Provide general labor support for construction activities across multiple trades.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support project needs.
  • Tools and Equipment Operation
    • Operate jackhammers, earth tampers, and other hand or power tools under supervision.
    • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
    • Report damaged or unsafe equipment to supervisors immediately.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of general construction safety procedures.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or general labor.
  • Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment.
  • OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete training.
