Job description

As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll play a key role in supporting multiple Agile teams and complex initiatives by driving delivery excellence, strengthening Agile maturity, and influencing leaders across the organization. Through coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement, you'll help teams and stakeholders work more effectively together-ultimately delivering greater value to our members.
What You'll Do (Your Impact)
  • Serve as a servant leader for multiple Agile teams, guiding them in Scrum practices and principles
  • Advance Agile maturity by fostering self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams
  • Identify, escalate, and remove impediments to minimize disruption and improve delivery outcomes
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination to ensure alignment and efficient execution
  • Partner with Product Owners, Development Teams, and leadership to align priorities and ensure clarity of objectives
  • Promote transparency by communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
  • Use metrics and insights to improve team performance, delivery predictability, and product quality
  • Drive consistent and scalable delivery through disciplined Agile processes, practices, and artifacts
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and proactively mitigate risks in complex environments
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and team members to strengthen Agile capabilities across the organization
  • Influence leaders and stakeholders to adopt Agile mindsets and support organizational transformation efforts
  • Identify and address systemic challenges, driving continuous improvement beyond the team level
  • Foster a high-performing, psychologically safe environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
  • 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including Scrum Master experience supporting multiple teams or complex initiatives (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile mindset and practices
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Ability to identify and resolve systemic issues, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging metrics to drive continuous improvement and business outcomes
  • Experience leading or supporting Agile transformation efforts within an organization
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
