In this role, you will assist with a variety of construction projects by supporting skilled tradespeople, maintaining safe job sites, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist construction crews, skilled tradespeople, and site supervisors with daily job site operations
  • Prepare and maintain construction sites by removing debris and ensuring work areas remain safe and organized
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • Operate basic hand and power tools such as drills, saws, hammers, and compact machinery
  • Assist with placing and finishing concrete
  • Build and dismantle temporary structures including scaffolding, barriers, and forms
  • Support site setup and general labor activities as needed
