Secure a dependable Monday-Friday daytime routine, premium starting pay up to $24/hr, and a stable path to advance your career in arbor care!
Description for Ground Crew Laborer:
  • Efficiently haul brush, heavy limbs, and wood debris cleanly from active falling zones to the chip trucks.
  • Maintain a strict safety zone by keeping the ground clear of debris as limbs are brought down by climbers.
  • Assist aerial tree climbers with rigging lines, staging custom gear, and managing tool exchanges.
  • Safely and efficiently operate commercial wood chippers, stump grinders, and industrial chain saws.
  • Rake, blower-clear, and clean job sites to ensure an immaculate, professional finish for clients.
  • Follow all standard safety policies and adapt cleanly to fast-paced field environments in all weather.

Details for Ground Crew Laborer:
  • Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 / hour (DOE).
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Full-Time Day Shift).
