General Laborer

Location: Bend, Oregon
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to assist with digging domestic water wells in the Bend, Oregon area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn't mind getting dirty, and is eager to learn a skilled trade. No previous experience is required, but candidates with a background in labor-intensive work, construction, landscaping, or other physically demanding jobs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the supervisor with daily well drilling and excavation operations
  • Dig and shovel materials as needed
  • Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely and effectively
  • Perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Support all aspects of the well installation process
Qualifications
