Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Labor associates to support the Paint Department on 1st shift. This role is responsible for assisting with the preparation, painting, and finishing of lighting components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of parts for painting (cleaning, masking, hanging)

  • Load and unload parts from paint line or racks

  • Inspect painted parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met

  • Perform basic touch-ups as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Support team members and production goals as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or paint line experience preferred (not required)
