Stonecast Products is hiring a Concrete Manufacturing Finisher/Laborer to join our Stripping Crew. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn hands-on precast concrete production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do )
After training (approximately 3-6 months), you will be expected to perform the following stripping tasks with little to no direction:
  • Remove tarps, ropes, and bows from concrete beds and store properly
  • Pop and remove magnets, rubber inserts, end caps, and side forms without damaging them
  • Cut and remove strand using a cut-off saw while following all safety procedures
  • Wear required PPE, including face shield, during the entire cut-down process
  • Remove chucks from dead strand and place in designated areas
  • Ensure all objects are cleared from beds prior to lifting
  • Clean plates using wire brushes to remove concrete
  • Participate in panel cleaning
  • Remove recess members and ensure lifters are clear
  • Spray all strands with green epoxy paint
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Always wear required PPE (no exceptions): safety glasses, steel-toed boots, vest, gloves, face shield when cutting or grinding
  • Apply safety training to daily tasks
  • Recognize and report hazards immediately
  • Take safety seriously and ask questions when unsure

  • Show attention to detail and consistency
  • Take pride in producing clean, damage-free panels
  • Follow instructions exactly as given
Equipment & Tools
