  • Earned time off and paid holidays
  • Medical, dental and vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid training—no prior industry experience required
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • State-of-the-art tools, equipment, and technology
  • A company culture that values teamwork, growth, accountability, and doing things the right way

  • Work in crawlspaces and other confined areas when required
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Treat customers and their homes with respect and professionalism
  • Help create a remarkable customer experience from start to finish
  • Learn new skills and construction techniques through hands-on training
  • Take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of the entire team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t have to have construction experience. We can teach the skills. We’re looking for the right attitude.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Dependable and willing to show up ready to work
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with their hands and being physically active
  • A team player who understands that we win together
  • Safety-minded and willing to follow directions
  • Someone who takes pride in doing quality work
  • Comfortable working in small, enclosed crawlspaces
  • Able to work in outdoor conditions and a physically demanding environment
  • Professional and respectful when interacting with homeowners
  • Motivated to grow and take on additional responsibility
