Job description

General description: The Concrete Laborer will be an asset to the team. This person will be responsible for doing a variety of tasks to help support the construction team. This position requires physical labor and is best for someone that is willing to learn and work under the guidance of different trades.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation and setting up concrete forms.
  • Transport the necessary materials to different work areas.
  • Load and unload materials off trucks. 
  • Help prepare work sites daily. 
  • Assist in various other tasks for other field personnel. 

Requirements:
  • Willingness to learn and receive guidance from others. 
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Previous experience in the construction field (preferred) 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  • Able to work weekends if needed.
  • OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Working conditions:
  • Work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Able to lift at least 50lbs.
