At French Brothers Homes, we do more than build homes we create a WORLD-CLASS EXPERIENCE for our homeowners, our TEAM, and our communities. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and TEAM-oriented to join our Production Team as a Laborer in Lubbock.

What You'll Do:
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites & communities
  • Assist Builders with day-to-day construction tasks and punch-out items
  • Ensure homes are ready for work each day and secured each evening
  • Help manage deliveries, materials, signage, trash removal, and site appearance
  • Support homeowner touchpoints and help create a positive customer experience
  • Work alongside Trade Partners and TEAM members to keep projects moving efficiently
