Entry-Level Welder (MIG Welding) – 2nd Shift | Weekly Pay + BenefitsStart Your Welding Career with a Growing Manufacturing Team

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Welder to join our fast-paced manufacturing team! If you have MIG welding experience, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow in a stable, high-demand skilled trade, this is a great opportunity to build your career.

In this role, you will help produce high-quality steel and aluminum components used in consumer and industrial products such as storage systems and climbing units.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate steel and aluminum parts
  • Set up welding machines, adjust settings, and replace wire spools and tips
  • Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
  • Inspect finished products using visual checks and measurement tools
  • Load and unload parts onto conveyor lines or designated areas
  • Use grinders to remove excess weld material and burrs
  • Monitor material usage and report shortages to supervisors
  • Track and record daily production output
  • Report equipment or mechanical issues promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic experience with MIG welding (entry-level friendly)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a production or manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Welding certification (highly preferred)
  • Experience with flux core welding or fabrication
