Weatherguard Construction Company is hiring motivated individuals to join our exterior construction team. This is an entry level position with opportunities to learn the decking and window installation trade while working alongside experienced crews.


No experience is needed. We are looking for dependable people who are willing to work hard, learn new skills, and grow with the company.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with deck and window installation projects
  • Load and unload materials and tools
  • Help keep job sites clean and organized
  • Learn installation methods and safety procedures
  • Work alongside crew leaders and installers
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely
  • Support daily setup and cleanup on projects
