About Us:
For 45 years, RDW Texas has been a premier full-service landscape architecture company serving the Houston area. We specialize in high-end residential projects, transforming outdoor spaces from the initial concept to the final installation. Our philosophy is simple: "You dream it, we will design and build it." We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, our long-standing reputation in the community, and our dedicated team of professionals, some of whom have worked here for 40 years.
Position Overview:

While prior landscaping experience is not required, the ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist our landscape and construction crews with daily operations on high-end residential job sites.
  • Perform a variety of physical labor tasks necessary to build and maintain premium landscapes.
  • Support the team in preparing sites, planting, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
  • Adapt to daily changes in tasks and work locations as project demands require.

Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s License: (Required) Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Punctuality: Must be extremely reliable and always show up on time and ready to work.
  • Work Ethic & Integrity: Must possess a strong, positive work ethic and demonstrate high personal and professional integrity.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work wherever necessary and take on a variety of tasks to support the team.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in the Houston climate.
  • Experience in landscaping is a plus, but we are willing to train the right entry-level candidate who brings the right attitude.

Compensation:
  • Competitive pay based on experience and your demonstrated work ethic.
  • Opportunity for growth within a highly respected, 45-year-old company.
