General Labor – Entry Level

NOW HIRING in Fort Worth!

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level General Laborers. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to start their career, work hard, and learn the ropes of our operations. You will perform a variety of manual tasks to support our field crews and ensure our daily projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Load equipment and supplies into vehicles every morning and unload them upon return

  • Assist crew members in gathering field data and measurements as directed

  • Ensure all equipment is wiped down, cleaned, and that batteries are placed on chargers daily

  • Assist in locating property corners and markers utilizing specific company methods

  • Measure distances on various structures and clearly relay that data to the crew lead

  • Learn to read and utilize subdivision plats and field notes to assist in searching for property corners

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License is required for this position

  • Must be able to work in varied outdoor environmental conditions (heat, rain, etc.)

  • Must be physically able to perform manual tasks and heavy lifting as necessary to complete the job

  • Strong communication skills to ensure instructions and data are properly relayed

  • A coachable attitude with the ability to readily accept direction from supervisors
