General Laborer 2nd Shift – Manufacturing

Location: Iron Ridge, WI
Company: General ThermoDynamics (An API Heat Transfer Company)


Position Overview

General ThermoDynamics is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our Iron Ridge facility. In this role, you will support the production of heat exchangers by assisting with a variety of hands-on manufacturing and material handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production and assembly of heat exchanger components
  • Support machine operations, including furnaces, fin machines, welding equipment, and stackers
  • Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the facility
  • Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
  • Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment
  • Cross-train and work in multiple departments as needed
