Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated Laborers to join our fence building team. As a Laborer, you will provide physical assistance in the construction of fences and support the needs of the Foreman and Assistant Foreman. This position offers an opportunity for growth within the company based on performance and skill development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in moving materials on the jobsite
  • Perform various duties assigned by the Foreman and Assistant Foreman
  • Provide general labor support as required for the project site
  • Demonstrate dependability and punctuality in showing up on time
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the company

Physical Requirements and Potential Exposures:

Fence construction is a physically demanding job which is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperature changes in all seasons of the year. This role involves repetitive and often prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, and lifting (up to 80 lbs). You may be exposed to construction and cleaning chemicals, noise and dust or fumes generated by concrete work, saws, grinders, drills, augers, and other equipment.
