Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical laboratory testing with precision and efficiency.

  • Ensure quality control standards are met and documented before patient sample testing.

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate test results.

  • Manage sample processing, transport, and accessioning, ensuring all procedures adhere to regulatory standards.

  • Keep accurate records of quality control, equipment maintenance, and test results.

  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, labeling, and organizing laboratory supplies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Experience: At least one (1) year of clinical laboratory experience.

  • Licensure: Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License (Required).

Desired Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure seamless workflow.
