Job Duration:LongTerm Contract(Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate: $76/hr on W2

We are seeking a SeniorSpecialist, Laboratory IT & Systems Support to support laboratorycomputing environments, scientific instruments, laboratory software, and ITinfrastructure within a regulated biotech/pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managelaboratory computers, instrument-connected workstations, deployments,upgrades, and retirement.
  • Support laboratory instrument software, vendor applications, and connectivity.
  • Troubleshoothardware, software, network, and laboratory technology issues.
  • Coordinatenetwork connections, security patching, and compliance activities.
  • Maintain CMDB records and laboratory technology inventories.
  • Partnerwith IT, LIS, Digital & Data, Facilities, Quality, and instrumentvendors.
  • Supportlaboratory expansions, relocations, renovations, and startup activities.
  • Developtechnical documentation, support procedures, and operational standards.
  • Leador support laboratory IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+years of experience supporting laboratory IT, laboratory systems, orscientific instrumentation.
  • Experiencein pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or regulated laboratoryenvironments.
  • Experienceworking with instrument vendors and enterprise IT teams.
  • Strongtroubleshooting, communication, customer service, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
