Veterinary Dermatologist (Board Certified / Diplomate / Residency Trained)

The specialist referral hospital is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Dermatologist to join a growing, collaborative team in the greater Austin area. With the opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an advanced medical environment from the ground up.

Practice / Hospital / Referral Centre Information

This AAHA-accredited, full-service, 24/7 hospital provides specialty care in Critical Care/Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Dentistry. The hospital has recently broken ground on a purpose-built 20,000 square foot facility set to open in early 2024, designed to enhance the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to companion animals across the Austin area.

Work alongside a diverse group of specialists, including teams in Emergency & Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Dentistry, all committed to clinical excellence and collaboration.

Equipment

The facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including commercial-grade laboratory services, digital cytology, ECG, bedside and full ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, cystoscopy, laparoscopy, cryotherapy, CT imaging, blood gas analyzers, telemetry, and more. Staffing Levels

Salary

Base salary range: USD 170,000 to 180,000 per year. Additional production opportunities can significantly increase overall earnings. We also offer no negative accrual. Sign-on bonuses up to $100,000 depending on location and specialization.
