Job description

Expeditor

Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a full time Expeditor.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scan production for each technician using hand scanner
  • Run carts of work to Quality Control, shipping and receiving, and/or other departments as needed
  • Track and expedite the completion of high priority cases
  • Run production reports throughout the day for department manager and supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Required experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have working knowledge of fax, copy machine, and general administrative equipment.
  • Must have working knowledge of desktop applications including Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment, as well as an individual work environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay/Salary is based on relevant experience.
