Job description

Job Summary: The Client Service Coordinator completes administrative customer service duties in the laboratory, ensuring highest quality customer service by performing the following duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel in a courteous, articulate and timely manner
  • Responsible for handling inquiries from company clients and resolving issues as efficiently as possible
  • Reviewing and distributing company documents and correspondence to designated clients and/or department
  • Recording all client inquiries, requests and concerns into company database , and reviewing database for unresolved customer services tasks
  • Responsible for assisting all laboratory staff with clerical and administrative needs such as copying, faxing, mailing etc.
  • Review and pack results to be mailed, fax or sent via electronic communication
  • Back up for company receptionist
  • Other duties as requested

HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 11AM - 7PM WITH ROTATING HOLIDAYS
Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Associates in business administration, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years customer/client service experience in an office setting
  • Experience working in medical office or laboratory preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to function in fast-paced environment and maintain operational quality
  • MUST be organized and be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effectively complete tasks in the most efficient and accurate manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated professionalism
  • Proven ability to provide high level customer service including problem resolution.
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Proficient with standard office equipment
